When you need to check out your previous image please, call our office and alert our staff (at least 24 hours notice is required). Then, download and fill out our FILM RELEASE FORM and either fax or post it to us. We cannot release your films without this signed consent form. If you wish to pick your films up yourself, you may also bring the form with you to our office.
